Ms. Samantha reads law at Multimedia University, Melaka graduating in 2014 with Second Class Honours. She had been awarded the first runner up and also the Best Memorial Award in the Multimedia University Law Moot Competition 2012/2013 Bahasa Malaysia Session.
Ms. Samantha had commenced practice as a Pupil-in-Chamber at Messrs. Halim Hong & Quek, Kuala Lumpur under the guidance of Dato’ Quek Ngee Meng. She was called to the Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2015. She is also a Registered Trademark Agent.
Ms. Samantha was exposed vastly to the practice of real estate and project development at Messrs. Halim Hong & Quek. She was regularly sought by major developers for advice and representation in their sale of properties. She had represented developers in concluding their sales transactions for the township and integrated developments with both residential and commercial components comprising retail shops, small office versatile office, and service residences. She dedicated her practice to handling several development projects throughout her career in both Klang Valley and Melaka areas.
